"Shelby coordinated my wedding in July of 2022 and she was AMAZING. My husband and I had a larger bridal party and Shelby did a great job with our rehearsal and making sure everyone knew where to go. On the day of the wedding she was there bright and early to set up and had a full timeline of how the day would go. The day was perfect and we cannot thank Shelby enough for how organized she was! If you need a coordinator I cannot recommend her enough!!"

"If you’re looking for an event coordinator, I cannot recommend Shelby enough! She was patient and kind with me pre-wedding when my communication was slacking due to wedding brain. She offered her knowledge and guidance on all things decor, helped me nail down my color scheme, offered many suggestions for food, created mood boards, etc. We met briefly a couple weeks before the wedding and had a very quick, but detailed, final meeting to go over all important details and by that afternoon she had a document sent over to me with EVERYTHING you could think of from the address of the venue, every vendor, every song for every occasion, etc. Her attention to detail was unmatched. When it came to the day of, from decorating, to weather scares, to cleaning up, Shelby was on top of it all! She was quick to come up with a plan B for the weather scare, and assured me she had it all under control! She also made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there, and had the timeline down to a T. I am sure there are so many behind the scenes things she handled without my knowledge to make our day skate by beautifully but I know that all that she did allowed my anxious mind to be put at ease, and enjoy the day to the fullest! The whole day was such a dream, and we are so grateful we had her behind us!"

When looking for a wedding consultant/planner, I can’t recommend Shelby Butler enough! Not only did she make my wedding day perfect in every detail, she helped me remain calm throughout the whole entire planning process. Shelby quite literally was the calm to my crazy!! She pays attention to detail, isn’t afraid to be proactive on the day of and helps piece together one of the most important days of any humans life!
